My appointment with Dr. Culley was a disappointment. I did walk out with a prescription which was needed; however, between arriving and getting that prescription I was extremely grossed out and did not feel comfortable. There was a wait time in the the waitng room, a wait time in the patient room, and there was also time inbetween talking to the doctor where he would come and go. My biggest complaint would be the sanitary aspect. I thought it was medical standard for urine samples to be put in sealed medical specific cups - however, here your uniary sample is in a paper cup - one that you would see in an office kitchen. When I went to put my sample in the slot in the restroom, the man's sample who went in before me was still in there. I did not find the nurses friendly and would say even border line rude.
