A truly great experience! Dr. Neustadter was incredibly respectful and listen to all of my concerns before making a diagnosis on anything. He provided new solutions to problems I've had other dermatologists examine and carried himself with professionalism and a patient-focused mindset.
Office was clean, the staff was friendly, and was seen a few minutes early! A great experience and looking forward to making Dr. Neustadter my primary dermatologist moving forward.

Dr. Jason H. Neustadter completed his undergraduate training at the University of Pennsylvania. There he graduated with distinction in Biology and as a member of the Benjamin Franklin Scholars Honors Program. Dr. Neustadter then attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College. Among numerous awards and honors at Jefferson, he graduated Summa Cum Laude, in the top 5 of a class of over 230 students, and as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Neustadter went on to do his internship at the Albert Einstein Medical Center of Philadelphia. There, he was chosen by the faculty as Outstanding Intern of the Year. Before pursuing a career in dermatology, he trained for two years in diagnostic radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he was elected Chief Resident by the faculty and his peers.
Prior to training in dermatology, Dr. Neustadter spent two years at the Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology, researching the cellular and molecular underpinnings of skin cancer. He then matriculated to Brown University where he completed his formal dermatology training, serving as Chief Resident in Dermatology during his final months at Brown.
Dr. Neustadter has published in several national and international journals including Science, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology, and the Journal of Investigative Dermatology among others. He has presented at the annual meetings of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the Society for Investigative Dermatology.
Dr. Neustadter practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, the latter being a particular interest of his. An expert injector with an artistic eye and a gentle touch Dr. Neustadter will give you the natural look that you desire. Combining injectables, lasers, and topical therapies uniquely suited to the individual patient Dr. Neustadter takes a global approach to facial aesthetics and will lay out and execute a treatment plan with precision and skill. In 2016 he was named “Top 40 Physicians under 40” in the State of Pennsylvania and a “Top Doctor” for Dermatology in Philadelphia from 2016 through the present.
Dr. Neustadter joined the practice in 2012.

I was underwhelmed in my experience at this office. The nurse/MA did not confirm any of my medical information, and neither her nor the doctor really took the time to include my opinion or even explain the treatment plan. I don’t expect coddling or long conversations, but this visit lacked any conversation and I felt my concerns were not addressed. The woman that checked me in was very personable, but the employee that checked me out was quite cold and did not address me when I approached the desk.

I left the office feeling very disappointed. I came in worried about the bump near my defibrillator and hoping for answers and clear guidance, but instead I felt rushed and brushed off. For a dermatology and surgical office, I expected more care and better communication. Even if the cyst does not need to be removed right away, I should have been given clear after-care instructions and the chance to ask my questions. Because of how rushed and dismissive the visit felt, I cannot recommend this place for anyone who needs real attention to their concerns.

My appointment with Dr. Neustadter went very well today.
I was taken back to see him at precisely the appointment time, he was very polite, warm and friendly throughout the visit, he listened to all of my concerns and questions, he provided the recommended treatments for my skin issues, and the appointment was concluded in a very reasonable amount of time.
All is all, an excellent by a knowledgeable, attentive and patient Dermatologist.

I really would not recommend this provider to anyone. He was strange and gave creepy vibes. My skin check and acne consult lasted at best 7 minutes before he funneled me out of the room. 0/10 and do not recommend to women especially.
