“The office space is very clean and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The doctor diagnosed me with something I didn’t realize I had, so I’m optimistic that the treatment he recommended will help. However, the doctor was extremely rushed and terse and kept trying to leave the room while I was still asking questions. I only had about three questions and the entire visit took less than five minutes, so I really feel like I was asking for the bare minimum. When being diagnosed with something new, I want to make sure I completely understand the treatment plan and next steps. I also feel dismissed when doctors rush through my appointment.”

I have several warts on my dominant hand.Dr.Chen went straight to cryo-freezing.I asked him if there was any other treatment because i previously had cryo done and it did not work. He said“your doctor probably just didn’t do it right.”He came off very unprofessional and rude. I had asked for breaks during the session, gave me 5 seconds and went back to it. the informed consent was no longer given after i verbalized that i want to proceed with a different treatment.What did Dr.Chen do?He continued.I asked for 3 breaks.I didn’t expect 5-10 minutes per break but are you kidding me?He gave me two 5 second breaks and on the third time,he scoffed and tossed the cryo tank like a child and walked out of the room.The entire appointment was less than 10 minutes.He couldn’t spare an extra 30 sec to give me time to catch my breath?After the appointment,he just walked out and didn’t say anything.I’ve never met someone so arrogant and unprofessional. Ignoring my withdraw of consent is unacceptable.

I came in for a cosmetic skin issue on my forehead that I've dealt with for decades, and something most dermatologists would handle in-office. I waited 45+ minutes to see the doctor and when he came in, he looks at my condition and says "we don't really do this kind of cosmetic stuff here" and deferred me to the first couple results of a Google search for a procedure. He literally pulled out his phone and googled it. I do think he was trying to be helpful, but unfortunately it kinda had a condescending, "let me Google this for you" energy. And I'm basically no closer to resolving my condition.

I thought the appointment went very quick. Felt rushed and this doctor was ok. I got the prescription to help me out. Felt like he overlooked my problem and could of inspected my skin better. Just felt like he wabted to move too qukckly and that I was cutoff trying to speak.
