The doctor and the nursing staff were fantastic. The front desk staff and appointment scheduling staff were horrible. They overbooked the doctor terribly, and did not inform patients upon check in of delays and continued to say that wait times were 15 minutes even after sitting in the waiting room for than one hour.

Very professional staff -- competent and caring. Dr. Reed takes time to listen and respond to my concerns and questions and discuss options and treatment plans.
This is a VERY busy practice, but Dr. Reed and staff never seem to be rushed or dismissive. But it does make for long waits at times.

Dr. Jason Reed, a native of Athens, Ohio, received his undergraduate degree at Ohio University. He completed his medical training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and orthopedic residency training at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Reed is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint reconstruction of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee; as well as, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, and ankle. In addition, he performs orthopedic trauma fracture care and pediatric orthopedic care, including fractures, musculoskeletal infections and general pediatric conditions.
