Great doctor, great staff. Very friendly and understanding. Visit was easy, and quick. Even gave me sample medication, instead of asking me to buy it from the pharmacy, which saved me some $ because I paid out of pocket since I got no insurance. Would recommend to anyone who need to see a MD urgently, with no waiting time.

I was attended to by Dr. Kadiyam and she was absolutely wonderful. First, there was no one there and the wait was literally just one minute. The receptionist was kind and professional and detailed. Dr. Islam is a graduate of the King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital/St. Peter’s Hospital, in New Brunswick, NJ. During his time there, he was the Chief Resident in Family Medicine, and was nominated intern of the year.
Dr. Islam is a diplomat of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The ability to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions in a short amount of time has led to his great interest in Family Medicine, Wellness and Urgent Care. He also enjoys working with the diversity of patients encountered in a Family Medicine and Urgent Care setting. Dr. Islam’s hobbies include cooking, cars, traveling and golf. He lives in Fort Lee, NJ with his wife and two young children.

He is a very positive, real person who will help you understand in basic terms what is good and what needs to be worked on related to your health. I was experiencing an very unconformable symptom at midnight, and I really would like to make an early morning appointment, but not an urgent care service. I am so glad I found Dr Islam on Zocdoc and he accepted my reservation at 9:00 am, and I arrived at doc's office at 10:00 am and almost no wait time I got treated and medication. And able to back to work at noon. Dr. Islam seems a very optimistic person, he smiles a lot which made me feel less worried about my symptom, and he is also knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely come back again.

I have a paralyzed leg as well as other medical issues. This doctor told me I needed to find a practice that had more services available for me but wasnt able to tell me much more. I got the impression he didnt wanf to keep me as a patient.
I asked him to refill a pain medicine until i can find a spine doc who could see me since its so difficult to find one with my insurance and difficulty with transportation and he replied that the office doesnt do pain manaagemnt and refused to give me pain med for my excrutiating pain as a result of my paralyzed leg.

Although the doctor was nice, the practice is the problem. The billing department is horrendous. Called these people day, after day, after day about a billing issue and nobody ever answered the phone. FINALLY got someone to answer my question and process my payment and months later I get a letter saying they never bothered to withdraw the money from my FSA. Now that the new year has passed, that FSA money has been forfeited. Because of their incompetence, I now have to pay DOUBLE. Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor in a different office with a competent billing department.
