Front desk staff is very rude, both on the phone and in person they set a bad tone for the entire process. Medical scribe and doctor were very professional and kind.

I was experiencing a respiratory infection.The medical assistant took my vital signs and some history. He did the Covid and Flu swabs. The doctor came in. She said these viruses can leave a lingering cough for up to 3 weeks. She prescribed an inhaler and some cough medication. I told her I am still weazing.It was only then she listened to my lungs and raised the possibility of a chest xray. No blood was drawn to check my white blood cell count. No antibiotic was offered, as I had a couple of days will sight temperature elevation. She said to return for steroids if I didn’t get better in 3 weeks. I went home and called my sister who is a physician. She listened to my cough after I told her my story. I had Azithromycin for an overseas trip in 1 month. I asked her if I should take it. She said yes. I will give you a script for your trip. The next day she listen to my cough over the phone, which had already diminished. I told her she saved me from messing up all the holiday vacations.

I scheduled a blood test online a day in advance, but when I arrived, I had to wait for over an hour. In the end, they told me they couldn’t complete my test because the necessary equipment wasn’t available. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I would recommend choosing another facility.
