Called the morning of my appointment because nobody confirmed my appointment on Zocdoc after 3-5 days of having it set for 11. I called and someone told me that the doctor said he has no appointments at 11 so if I want to be seen to come in earlier. Which is just wrong to be told that. So I get there at 10:30 and tell them I’m a new patient. They have me sit for over 3 hours before I even saw the doctor. And when I do, he pretty much gets me out fast as possible then have me wait another 1-2 hours to do blood and SIGN PAPERS THAT I SHOULDVE BEEN DOING DURING THE 3 hours they had me sitting there when I said I was a new patient. Just horrible

Excellent bedside manner - very friendly and relaxed. Seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help. However, offices are poorly run. I initially visited at one office only to learn there was another in a more convenient location. Was thoughtfully set up with a follow-up appt at better location, and told the office would contact my prior gastro and get my charts so we could proceed with diagnosis and treatment. When I went to follow-up at the new location, I waited over an hour to find that not only had the office not contacted my prior gastro to get my charts, but also they hadn't even gotten my information from the first office I visited and I'd waited for nothing.
