Dr. Mickelson is great! She was the first doctor I've picked on my own since being an "adult" and I don't regret it. I came in with concerns regarding a chronic issue I've struggled with for years. Many other doctors just ignored and it chalked it up to needing diet modification, being young and it would eventually resolve. Dr. Mickelson was very proactive in treating this issue and sending me to a specialist and I've never felt better. I have more energy and I'm motivated to take care of myself. She took the time to discuss diet and exercise with me in a very nonjudgmental way, this cannot be said of all PCPs. She is very relatable, I highly recommend.

I loved my visit. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I especially liked the nurse and lab technician, they have great people skills and helped me feel very comfortable. My Dr Jayme was awsome! She listened to me, I felt comfortable talkimg to her, she responded right away to my concearns. I wasn't even done with my paperwork before my whole visit was over, including lab work.

One of the receptionists at the front desk was smacking food and it was gross. Breakfast should have been eaten before sitting at her station.
One of the lab techs had on way too much perfume. This is irresponsible --- one can never know if any patient is allergic. Perfume should NEVER be worn in any healthcare setting.
The doctor was good. This was a first visit and I feel comfortable enough to continue with her.
The x-ray technician was very quick and there was no waiting.

I had an amazing experience during my visit with DR Mickelson. The entire staff was warm, friendly and went above and beyond to help their patients. I witness a person walk in without an appointment who was obviously in pain and upset. The staff was so kind and listened to explain her complicated situation. They really went out of their way to help this poor woman. I'm so glad that I found a caring doctor with a great staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit.

I went for my yearly check up, this was my first time with doctor Mickelson. I felt very comfortable and well informed during my visit. She is very professional but still down to earth- I didn't get the snobby doctor vibe that I've gotten at other offices. Unrelated to Dr. Mickelson, but related to the facility--the only thing I was slightly annoyed with was two of the desk women called me multiple times for my insurance info/ to confirm- which I do appreciate but it would be nice if they communicated so that I didn't have to get the same phone call twice, two days in a row, from two different women, while I was at work.
