Wonderful, very knowledgeable doctor. Likewise for the staff. I walked in half an hour late because of traffic and they accommodated me anyway (and didn't even have to wait!).

This is the second time I went to Dr. Gordon. I really liked her bedside manner. I also appreciate a Doctor's office that runs on schedule - and hers does. Both times I went to her she was really good aboutdiagnosing my issues, and then asking me if there was anything else she could help me with. She is wicked smart, and I like that too!!!

When I called back with questions regarding a generic option to my prescription, I felt a lot of condescension from this office since I felt like I had to justify why I would even think about getting a generic prescription. Ontop of that, it took a long time to get my actual prescription. And, I had to go to multiple pharmacies because the office did not coordinate with my pharmacy after I opted for the generic even though they had called me and said they did. I did not feel safe here because I felt like I had to justify why I wanted more information, which is always a red flag when I'm trying to get treatment for my health.

Fill in the history right and Jean was lightening fast about what I was facing, it was hardly 20 min from the moment I stepped into the office, fill in forms and Jean saw my skin, she had the prescription writtenright away. I would definitely recommend my friends who are looking for Derm treatment to visit Jean. Thank you again Jean G.

I really liked Dr. Gordon. Her office staff was really friendly. She was quick (which a few people found off-putting), but it's probably because I'm having a relapse so I knew exactly what I wanted, the names of every drug Iwanted, and how often I wanted it. She gave me all the things I asked for and suggested more that might help. I'd call that efficient rather than quick. Not only that, but she's very good at giving injections (I didn't feel it at all) and made me feel a lot better about my bizarro condition. The only thing I didn't love were the plethora of skin care ads and displays. Her waiting area is crammed with them and it's a bit much. I guess that's how she makes her money, though!

My first visit was fine (although very short and she insisted on me scheduling a second appointment to get an additional mole removed, even though it only took five minutes to do it), but neither the doctor nor her assistants toldme that I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment to get my stitches removed (and I wrongly assumed that the stitches were dissolvable). When I called to ask as to why the stitches hadn't come out yet, the assistant that I spoke with the phone basically called me a liar when I told her that I was never told to schedule a follow up and insisted that I must have forgotten what they told me. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, so I wasn't angry until I was treated with such disrespect by the assistant over the phone. Overall, the experience with Dr. Gordon and her staff has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend her to anyone in search of a dermatologist.

She seemed overall uninterested in my visit. I was mostly there for an overall skin check but had a couple things I wanted her to look at. Mostly she acted like she wondered why I was there. Mentioned one spot onmy face that she thought should be biopsied. Kept saying, it will only take 5 minutes but I can't do it today. Then I mentioned a mole I'd like taken off and she said it's no problem, five minutes to freeze off. So I logically said 'Okay, great, so you can do them on the same day?' And she said 'No, you'll need separate appointments. I'm done dealing with insurance companies, they won't pay for me to do two things in one day." Nice of her to consider my time and effort. I was put off so just left the office. The next week I got a call from her office confirming my appointment the next day. They just booked it, hoping I'd show up. Mostly she seems like one of those doctors who have lots of credentials after her name and we're supposed to feel lucky to get her expertise. I'll pass.

Friendly and very informative. Talked to me about all my options and did not patronize me. Actually told me what each of her recommended medications did in a biological science, rather than assume I wouldn't understand basic science. At thesame time, she presented the information in a way that was not way over my head. She was comforting, enthusiastic, and made the knowledge accessible! She was great!!!
