Dr. Jefferson Hendrickson is wonderful. He's very experienced, yet is thorough and will give you his opinion and then provide you with the facts necessary for you to establish whether you need a specialist. He is patient and calm, listens very well to everything you need/want to tell him, asks questions, and appreciates it when something comes to mind, or you have more questions that pop-up. He doesn't mind being interrupted which for me, is a huge plus, because I will forget what I want clarification on if I wait for him to finish, or I will remember something like a symptom that I forgot to mention. He is never in a hurry and takes his time, but at the same time, you do not have to wait long at all for him to get to you. He must space out his appointments well. All-in-all I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hendrickson, (obviously) and I have zero complaints. I wouldn't change a thing about the experience of going to his office.

Dr. Hendrickson is very attentive and left me with the impression that all the details are in order. Of course, the downside to all this attention, presuming that he his doing the same for his other patients, is that it is easy to get behind. But this is not unusual for a primary care physician- it was worth the wait.

I went in for my annual physical and was treated quickly, kindly, and respectfully by the receiving staff. Dr. Hendrickson was prompt and generous with his knowledge and his humor. I left the appointment with a better understanding of my body and clear, achievable goals for improving my health. Best of all, their lab tech is INCREDIBLE. I am awfully squeamish when it comes to blood draws, but she was so quick and efficient I barely even noticed. It's weird to look forward to another visit to a doctor's office, but I honestly am very excited to go back.

The Office staff were ok but Erica the phlebotomist and Austin the nurse was awesome. They gave great customer service not just say hi, order you here there and sit you down. They really connected with you to keep the mood light but add human interaction with being a patient. This is no way a negative, definitely a personal opinion for those that care for this service in a doctor's office.

Called a total of 8 times the on the day following my appointment. 5 of the times the person answering the phone hung up. The remaining 3 times the nurse confirmed my medication was sent to my pharmacy. After admitting it was sent to the wrong pharmacy (which I called and they did. It have it either), it NEVER HAPPENED. On the final call I was on hold for 10 minutes, still no prescription sent. I call back at 3:59, got hung up on again. Of course, I call back again to the “office is now closed” message. I have gone 24 hours without the necessary medication, and even worse, poor admin service as I attempted to solve the matter.
Dr. Henderickson is a great doctor, however, I will not return based on the unreliable, intolerable service of the nurse and admin staff in the office.

Dr. Hendrickson was very personable and professional. The staff at the desk were as well when they were aware that you were standing in front of them. They were far less professional when they thought no one was paying attention. It’s too bad because the doctor’s quality of care deserves to be matched by kind and responsive service at the desk. It’s sad to see adults sink to having a few cheap laughs at the expense of an older person. I hope they’re treated with more dignity and respect as they age than they showed to an older patient today.
