I booked a 3:30 PM appointment with Robin Codjoe via Zocdoc and provided my insurance and license details at booking. I also arranged for my prior provider to send my records.
I received a portal link but couldn’t access it because the office had an incorrect ZIP code on file. I received no calls, texts, or emails clarifying this or stating any early arrival requirement or grace period.
I arrived 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork, but was told I should have arrived 15 minutes early and only had a 5-minute grace period. I was asked to re-enter information already submitted via Zocdoc, then ultimately told I had to reschedule.
Given the lack of communication and inefficiencies, I will not return. Respect for time and accurate intake processes should go both ways.
