I loved the dr. There was almost no wait, the nurse was nice, and the dr had a very personable bedside manner. He explained my different treatment options to me in a way that I could understand.

I was really surprised by how this appointment turned out. Receptionist was very on key with making sure my information was right, the nurse was excellent, friendly, and on point. Dr. K brought in a nurse practitioner who had skills in the issues I was dealing with, which made me very comfortable in expressing what was actually going on and what I actually needed/felt. I truly am grateful for finding these guys, and plan to stick with them.

This was the worst healthcare experience of my life.
I made an appointment through ZocDoc for my annual physical and Sylvia from their office called to ask for my insurance information. She later called back and stated that I would be required to pay my entire deductible before I could see the doctor. I contacted my insurance and they stated this was incorrect and that I am covered for an annual physical at no charge so I called back and provided that information to Sylvia. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and was told AGAIN that I would need to pay my deductible so I asked Sylvia to contact my insurance to confirm. She said she would but that I would need to wait until she did that before I could see the doctor. 45 minutes later I inquired if she had reached them and she had not. She advised me that I could pay CASH up front and deal with my insurance later. I had never heard of this before so I contacted my insurance directly and they spoke to Sylvia and confirmed the information I had provided days before.
60 minutes after I was admitted to see the doctor I had the standard tests performed and then I met with the doctor who listened to my heart and breathing and answered a few questions I had. Next up a nurse took me to another room to draw blood and missed my vein 3 times in one arm before attempting my other arm. She missed the 1st time but on her 2nd attempt on the 2nd arm she finally managed to hit the vein. In between filling tubes she accidentally pulled the needle out and told me I would have to come back for another visit if I wanted to complete all the tests the doctor recommended.
At that point I was so ready to be out of there but they asked for a urine sample as well and provided me with a key to a bathroom outside of their office which I thought was rather strange. After returning my urine sample I was finally out the door with two bandaged arms and some apologies for the mishaps.
3 days after my visit I called to inquire if they had finished analyzing my blood work and they said it would be another week or so before they got it back and I would be required to make an additional appointment to get the results. I said I had never heard of this and Sylvia indicated that this was a state law and after I challenged her on that she said it was in fact just a practice policy not a state law. 15 days after my initial visit Sylvia called me to say my results were in! I asked her for the results and she said I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss the results. I told her I did not think this was a fair policy so she referred me to her manager Gene. I spoke with Gene and he said I could either make an appointment or pick up my results in person with no analysis. 19 days after my initial appointment I finally got the results in hand but have no idea what they mean and not all of the tests were done because the nurse struggled so badly drawing blood.
In summary I would avoid this place like the plague. The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed like they were only out to make a buck by trying not to accept my insurance and by forcing me to schedule a second appointment for my test results. The office was dirty and unkempt. In hindsight the moment I walked into the office I should have turned around and walked right out. Please don't make the same mistake I did and find somewhere else for your healthcare needs.
