The office manager / person at the front desk is extremely friendly, prompt and helpful. They always check me in quickly as well and take me back to the room within 10 minutes or so.
Dr. Abend seems a bit intimidating at first as he fires off many questions (I'd read about this in other reviews, too, that he isn't obviously over friendly)-- but I decided this is because he's been doing this for a long time and knows what he's doing. He asked pointed questions and wants pointed answers. I found him to know who I was with each visit and care about my follow-up, which is important to me. He quickly refilled prescriptions for PT and the office was receptive to phone calls or appointments being made by phone or online. I didn't have any surgery (thank goodness) but if it were necessary, I'd feel I were in capable hands with Dr. Abend. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area.

Dr. Jeffrey Abend earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and his medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center College of Medicine in Syracuse, New York.
