The doctor cam highly recommended, but the office was very disorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 12. At 112:30 I inquired and was told that there is another patient ahead of me. I did not see a doctor until 1PM. Nobodyinformed me that there is a delay and only after I inquired and paid (!) I was told that the wait time has been extended. No compensation was offered. It seems that they are trying to cram as many patients as possible to make money without any consideration for patients' time and well being. I will not return to this office. Waste of my time.

The doctor was great, however the wait time was over 1 hour. I was on time. I tried to get the remaining time at 3:45pm but was just told I was next. The staff and personnel there were professional, but thewait is too long. If I were just 15 mins late, they would have charged me a fee for my appointment.

Dr. Douoguih 's credentials speak for themselves, but his professional manner, attention to patient concerns, and compassion are exemplary as well. I still need to have my surgery, but so far.....I'm very impressed with the whole team!

The wait time is outrageous. By the time I finally saw the doctor 2 hours had gone by and x rays had been taken, without the doctor seeing me. Then he came talked to me and in 5 minutes he wasdone, never looking at the x-rays. The question would be: why X-rays by default?

There was a small miscommunication with the front desk staff that caused an extended wait time. However, everyone is professional helpful, and genuinely cares. Dr. Douoguih explained my injury, provided care options, and answered all ofmy questions! P.S. Thank you Linda and Carla for taking the time and assisting with my referral issue today.

Beautiful office (very busy). Was called back at my appointment time. Had X-rays taken in the office and then seen by the fellow and then the head MD within a very reasonable amount of time.

The entire visit was well run and showed they cared about my issue and time. I arrived early and was actually admitted early. Between the various steps (initial info, x-ray, initial consult, final consult), there were no more than a coupleminutes. Very well run and feel like I received excellent care.

I would strongly recommend against going to Dr. Douoguih. For my first appointment, I waited for more than an hour and a half after my appointment time. When it was finally time to see the doctor, it was incredibly rushed andmy description of my own injury was disregarded until I repeated myself multiple times-- even then, I don't really feel like he was listening and I was the doctor for less than 15 minutes. For my follow up appointment, I got a call from his office cancelling on me around 4 hours before my appointment. I had scheduled the follow up more than 3 weeks beforehand. When trying to reschedule, the soonest appointment was more than 2 weeks out and at a time that doesn't work for my schedule. I think this was totally unprofessional, inconsiderate, and is wasting my time-- especially with an injury that is time sensitive.

Once you get into the exam room the staff work efficiently to get all your information (symptoms, meds, vital signs) in prep for the MD to see you. This prep is very helpful to get the ball rolling while you wait.

I waited for almost an hour and a half before even talking to the nurse and after I had been there for over two hours the doc finally came in and probably spent fewer than five minutes with me. He gaveme a diagnosis in one minute without asking almost any questions and didn't give me any information on what my recovery would look like and if/when I should make another appointment. I will not be going back.

Dr Douoguih sees pt's at the Washington Hosp Center Physician Office Building and in the Chevy Chase office. Every time I've had an appointment at WHC the wait has been over 1.5hr. At Chevy Chase it is <30 min. I wouldrecommend avoiding scheduling at WHC but he only has office hours 1 day a week at most in Chevy Chase.
