Dr. Ainspan was attentive and incredibly helpful with my problems. He listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions professionally and was thoughtful in devising solutions to my problems. TBD whether the treatment works, but I am happy with my first visit!

i have no issue with jeffrey but the wait was close to hour, this is including filling out the forms. one of the receiptions (overweight lady) did not seem very friendly at all. i asked if i need to fill the forms and told me that i don't work for doctor ainspan ... i was like get a different job or office ... i did not realized each doctor has their own receptions when they share the same desk/office?

Dr. Ainspan attended Albany Medical College, where he received his medical degree, and completed his residency in dermatology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Ainspan runs his own private practice and is board certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. Patients of all ages see Dr. Ainspan for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: skin screenings, mole removals, wart removals, hair loss, nail problems, abscesses, and fungal infections.
You will be seen by Dr. Ainspan, not a physician assistant. During the visit, Dr. Ainspan fully explains each patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate treatment plan. He is dedicated to helping patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.

I came in for a simple rash. Already kind of knew what it was and just needed a diagnosis and the prescription to handle it. Dr. Ainspan was very quick and to the point. I was in and out very fast with a treatment and course of action.

I had skin issues for ages and had seen many doctors. By far Dr Jeffrey was the one that best explained the possibilities of the causes (many others just gave their first guess without listening to me) and helped me understand the expectation of the result of the prescription and what to do if it doesn’t work. My symptoms did get better. And if I have similar issues again, I won’t hesitate to choose Dr Ainspan. The wait time was a bit too long, but I appreciate the time he spent on me and guess he just put as much effort on other patients.

I've been to numerous dermatologists over the years in NYC. Dr. Ainspan is in the minority where he doesn't push his own personal skin line on you (I don't even think he has one). He's more concerned about why you are there and getting you better. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough and had excellent bedside manner considering I saw him for a full body mole/skin exam among other things. Not sure about those negative reviews, all I can say is he has a professional practice and if you don't show up on time, or are rude, your experience may not be the same. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him going forward.

He barely examined me the way he should have. I also feel like he barely addressed my issue and didn't answered my questions and was insensative. In addition he didn't make me feel confortable or welcomed. I definitely wouldn't go to him ever again.

Dr. Ainspan is always thorough and professional. He's extremely knowledgeable and provides helping insight. I rarely have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. His staff is professional and pleasant as well.
