Dr. Appelbaum was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable but he wasn't forthright with information about his findings etc, I had to ask questions to get information as opposed to being candid. Further, a member of his staff (I only dealt with 2) was not very nice. She seemed annoyed with my questions, and she was inpatient. Also, when I arrived, they had the wrong appointment date in their system which indicates that they do not update their information (a sign of being unprepared). However, they did fit me in and I was seen very quickly.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The office is well kept and clean. The doctor answered all of my questions to the best of my knowledge. I will definitely recommend this doctor to my friends and family members.
