I help clients achieve sustainable, long-term weight loss, improve blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and A1C levels, reduce inflammation, and build healthier eating habits without restrictive dieting. I also specialize in helping individuals overcome emotional eating and develop a more positive relationship with food.
My passion is working with people who have tried multiple diets and are tired of the cycle of starting over. Together, we focus on practical, personalized strategies that fit your lifestyle, helping you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
My goal is simple: to help you feel your best, improve your energy, and make healthy eating feel natural, enjoyable, and sustainable for life.
I practice from an anti-diet, culturally inclusive framework where your food traditions are celebrated, not eliminated, and your lived experience is treated as essential clinical information. Your nutrition plan is always a two-way partnership: I provide guidance and nutrition expertise, but you are the expert on your own body. My goal is to fill the gap that so often exists in traditional healthcare by offering the time, empathy, and individualized support you deserve.
