About Kerri Holmquist

Kerri Holmquist is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and a Certified Life Coach with the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program. She earned her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Kerri truly enjoys building relationships with her clients, treating everyone as family and friends. She believes the beauty of her profession lies in supporting clients to become empowered and confident as they explore what works best for them. Kerri takes a lifelong and “food is fun” approach to her sessions, understanding that what may work in one season of life may not work in the next. She also believes in an all-inclusive approach with foods and body types, providing an environment rich in opportunity to build trust and learning for both client and provider. Her specialties include working with clients with metabolic syndrome, with an emphasis on diabetes, cardiac health, and weight management.
