This doctors nurse who calls you in for X-rays is horrible and thinks she is doing you a service for being there. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctors office in my many doctors visits. HORRIBLE experience.

I got there at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment. I wasn’t taken to the back until 5 and wasn’t seen til 5:15. The only reason someone came in is because I started complaining. The. The physicians assistant came in when I had an appointment with the doctor. He never showed his face nor did anyone in the office apologize for my time wasted. I live over an hour away and that was horrible treatment especially for the first time there.

Everything was great. The doctors were professional and very knowledgable. They actually listened to me and didn't write me off being a young girl. Once I was called back from the waiting room the process went very quick. I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour but that's usually normal when it comes to any kind of doctors office. Highly recommend!

The office is really large and there were a lot of people in the waiting room so I was concerned about the wait time but they were able to see me within 30 minutes of my arrival. The receptionist who checked me in was very friendly. The doctor was great, had my foot x-rayed within 15 minutes by a friendly x-ray tech. Waited in the room for maybe another 15 minutes before he came in and diagnosed a stress fracture and gave me options that were easy to understand and made me feel that he was giving me some control in my own treatment. Had me in a boot shortly after and set up for a followup apt and out the door. No issues with this office or Dr. Becker.

I was very pleased. Dr. Watson was straight to the point, and professional, we didn't have to wait long for him. He explained everything what had happen with my daughter's ankle and what to expect in the next few weeks. As soon as he left the room, his assistant walked in and she was very knowledgeable and friendly, she assisted with applying/molding my daughter's cast.

Saw Dr. Becker he is nice, but no one there is actually a surgeon if you need one. The African American girl working the front desk area is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her partner is very nice and speaks excellent Spanish.

The visit itself was great. The site zoc doc is a crock!!! When I got to the appt they had no records of appt. Being made. They said just because the appt was made and confirmed on zoc doc doesn't mean they know about it...what kind of crap site is this??? However, I traveled a good distance for the appt and they got me on standby which actually didnt take as long as i thought. Everything was nice but i would say they should turn the tvs on for the waiting area. BEWARE OF ANYONE WHO EVEN THINKS TO USE ZOC DOC, BUT I DO RECOMMEND DR. WATSON!!!

Although I waited for over an hour on my first visit, I must say the second visit went much smoother and faster. The doctors and staff were all amazing on both visits and they provided phenomenal customer service. I would happily recommend this office to others.

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO COMMENT, BECAUSE I REALLY DON'T THINK THAT MY EXPERIENCE MATTER TO THE POINT THAT HE WILL DO THE SAME TO OTHER PATIENTS, AND WHAT HE REFUSE TO DO FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER, AND EXPERIENCE DORCTOR, WITH 50 YRS. IN THE FIELD DID, MY SUGGESTION IS THAT HE RETURN TO HIS RESIDENCY FOR ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE, HE IS NOT READY TO BE ON HIS OWN, HE WAS JUST DISCRIMATING. THAT WAS READLY MY IMPRESSION.

Doctor is great , but at the front desk there's this african american girl can't recall her name she is very rude and unprofessional no personality what so ever. I don't think that Dr.Watson should have people with no people skills work for him it's just not right. People go there because there not feeling well and to come across someone like her makes it much worse.
