Very nice new office, professional staff.
Dr McA is "my guy" for anything to do with my ankle. He performed a Total Ankle Replacement" on me 2 yrs ago. He is as good as they come in my 78 years, took pictures and found everything as it should be..did find a small amount of scaring inside and treated it with a pain free injection. He expects the slight residual discomfort
will disappear in the next few days. Shouldn't need to see him for another year for "annual Take a Look".

Dr. Jeffrey McAlister, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, who specializes in advanced foot and ankle surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in 2004 from the University of Iowa. He then moved on to study at Temple University of Podiatric Medicine. He has continued on with his education, completing a INOVA Fairfax Hospital Podiatric Residency program, specializing in foot and ankle trauma, adult and pediatric reconstruction, and diabetic limb salvage. He completed rotations in internal medicine, infectious diseases, vascular surgery, emergency medicine, and general surgery. Dr. McAlister additionally completed a prestigious foot and ankle fellowship at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. He specializes in total ankle replacements, hammertoes, bunion corrections, regenerative medicine, and ankle and foot fractures.
