Dr. Graff took notes during our first visit and referred to these notes to make my second visit highly personalized. He took extra time to answer all of my questions. He's specializes in heart health so he includes an electrocardiogram in each physical check up which is appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Because of the high percentage of cancellation/no-shows, OUR OFFICE HAS A NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY. WE MUST THEREFORE HOLD A VALID CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT. ## If you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel the day of or do not call our office during regular hours the day before before 1:00 PM to cancel/reschedule your appointment, your understand and agree that your credit card will be billed and you agree to pay this fee. As a solo practitioner, I care for every one of my patients personally, thereby avoiding the impersonal feeling so many patients get when they are treated by a large group of physicians. I have been in solo practice for 30 years, and many of my patients have been with me for that long. I am a Board Certified Internist and Cardiologist. I am a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate from New York University College of Arts and Sciences and a graduate with Honors, Alpha Omega Alpha, from the New York University School of Medicine. Heart disease is all too prevalent in today's society. I offer a full range of evaluation and diagnostic testing for these disorders using the latest state-of-the-art equipment, including echocardiograms, cardiac monitoring, carotid Doppler studies and more. My patients receive superior personal care in these areas of medicine that are so vital to good health. I would be very happy to see you for cardiac evaluation and care.

Wonderful first appt. with this Dr. He spent an enormous amount of time talking/examining me. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
However, I wasn’t told until the end of the appointment that Dr. Graf will not accept new patients unless they commit to paying a large fee for “concierge service” which you must pay annually.
This should have been stated and agreed to by the patient before they come in for the appointment.

As I read in the previous comments, Doc Graf was great as advertised! Great sense of humor but also extremely detailed. Went over all my medical history, recommended other specialist to help me with other issues. Gave great advise regarding keeping my sugar level under control. Definitely will see him again!

Dr. Graf is a very awarded cardiologist in NYC and also an excelent primary care physician. During my consultation he and the nurse performed a specific exam to check my heart rate, checked blood pressure and others. The staff and the doctor himself are very lovely people and I certainly enjoyed my experience. I will come back every year if possible.

As a first-timer, I was a little nervous but was put at ease by how friendly and responsive the Receptionist and Assistants were.
Dr. Graff himself was very kind and methodical. He asked the right questions and made sure that I was very specific about everything. He also has a sense of humor (yay!) and was blunt but not disrespectful, which is key to me. I will be going back for sure.

as this was my first visit to a cardiologist, I was a bit nervous. he immediately put me at ease as he was extremely reassuring, thorough and FUNNY! I felt that he was really listening throughout my entire visit.
he was very patient and communicative throughout the visit. there was no rushing whatsoever. in addition to asking a thorough array of questions, he ended up adding on an additional procedure to what I had come in for. he found something and didn't quite understand why....and was determined to understand the underlying cause.
he reassured me several times throughout the visit and continued to make quirky, funny jokes :)
he handled a lot of the follow-up instructions himself, making sure to make personal recommendations.
the staff in the office were SO sweet...constantly checking in about how I was doing and if anything was uncomfortable.
