I've only had one visit to Dr. Kallsen, but based on that visit, I highly recommend him. The office staff was courteous and efficient. They checked me in for my first visit very quickly. This can sometimes take a very long time. I then waited a very short time before being called back. The nurse took a short history, after which Dr. Kallsen arrived. He listened to my concerns and outlined a plan for labs and treatment. He spent the necessary time and never seemed like he was in a rush to get to the next patient.

I felt comfortable with Doctor Kallsen because he agreed with me; that a doctor can help his patients by encouraging them to help themselves. I've lived with diabetes for more than three decades and know what I'm dealing with. I'm convinced that I can do better with Dr. Kallsen's help.

I am very pleased with my doctor and nurse. They both show great professionalism. Dr. Kallsen always greets me with kindness and a caring attitude to help me deal with my condition. He takes the time to find out if I am having in additional problems with my illness and offers possible solutions. It has been a pleasure having him as my doctor and I am very glad that one of my friends referred me to him. The wait time is very limited and I do appreciate that.
Matter of fact, I haven't had a bad experience with any of your staff and its always a pleasure being served by them.

My apointments with Dr. Kalsen are always a good experience. He is thorough, knowledgable and listening. He hates computers as it takes time from patients. I have questions answered and he is up to date in his recommendations to monitor my diabetes. I am grateful for him.

I have had many visits over the years with Dr. Kallsen, and have found him to be very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I also like that he really listens to what I say. I see him because I am diabetic, and because I lost my pituitary gland to a brain tumor, leaving me with several Endocrine and Neurological issues.

Love Dr. Kallsen! He is always attentive to my concerns and goes out of his way to find the unique treatment option for his patients. He worked with me to find the best medicine combination that worked best for me, did not just us the standard treatment. Would recommend him to anyone!

We have been coming to Dr. Kallsen for several years and are extremely pleased with his professionalism and attention to our health needs. We actually drive 75 miles (150 round trip) to meet with him and would not consider changing doctors closer to home.

Dr. Kallsen is a great doctor. He listens very well, is very kind, has a great office staff, great lab staff, and a great dietitian, and is up to date on all the latest endocrinology type news. I would venture to say, he is the best endocrinologist in the Greater Kansas City area.
