Hello, I'm Miranda, a family nurse practitioner with a Master's in Family Health Nursing from Chamberlain University, passionate about health and wellness. I've done extensive training through the Institute of Functional Medicine and focus not just on treating illness and disease, but also on identifying root causes. My goal is to meet you wherever you are and help you optimize your health and wellness. I see patients for primary, urgent, and functional medicine care in my mobile and telehealth practice!
Whether it is respiratory testing for a cough, an EKG for a pre-op physical, hormone replacement, annual blood work, specialty lab testing (micronutrients, hormones, etc.), or something else, we've got you covered at n1 Health & Wellness!
n1 Health and Wellness is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated practice offering primary, urgent, and functional medicine care.
We are fully licensed and able to practice and able to see patients in Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Utah, and Washington. Additional states to follow.
Please note:
- there is a $75 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, this fee applies to same-day appointments too and cancellations for any reason including non-completion of paperwork.
- Due to outdated systems at Walmart, our practice does not send prescriptions to Walmart pharmacies.
- We do NOT see patients with Medicare or any Medicare Supplemental insurance.
- We can be reached at for any questions/clarifications of policy, insurance, billing, etc.
