After scheduling an appointment for a two week follow up, post op appointment... I wait for 30-45 minutes to be told they can’t see me for that purpose.... ER told me to follow up with my GYN and the doctor never even came in to ask what was going on, or why I was there and instead, the MA referred me to ER. ER said, what a joke.. find a new GYN.

The wait was long, and the doctor was impersonal and a little harsh. Nurse suggested he use a swab and set it up but he went ahead and used the instead, and he acted a bit like I was being difficult because it hurt?

He was knowledgeable but it was my first time seeing a gynecologist and would've liked him to explain the procedures and explain the process for after my annual exam more thoroughly.

I went to be seen due to pelvic pain...I was told I had a small tumor on the back wall of my uterus and given medication for a bacteria infection but nothing else was said of the findings. I was given a script to have an MRI done but was told he cant prescribe them that I need to follow up with my MD who can write the script.

When I left Dr. Korens office I cried... After years of searching for a Dr. That takes Medicaid and that is not located in a county clinic I found Dr. Koren. His office is beautiful, clean and the staff we're awesome. I have been having issues that could possibly take my life. For years past I have been treated like I do not deserve life saving treatments because I have Medicaid. (I am a single mother who attendes college for criminal justice and I pay my taxes). Well, Dr. Koren offered me all the treatment options I have been denied thus far. I walked out of his office with my life back. He took a weight off my shoulders that crippled my spirit since my mother passed from Ovarian cancer at 56. I was treated as a person not a Medicaid recipient. Thank you Dr. LOREN and ZocDoc for offering Dr. Koren!

He is very knowledgeable in the OB/GYN field and very considerate. He has a funny sense of humor. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've been seeing Dr. Koren for over 10 years now and have no complaints. He's a great doctor and I have no interests in changing doctors. I have recommended him to my a lot of my female friends.

Despite the fact that I had not been to Dr Koren's office in
several years, I was able to get an immediate appointment.
When I arrived they had found my previous records and
Dr Koren was able to procced with my appt and suggest
appropriate treatment due to having my entire file.

He's been my OB-GYN for over 10 years. I wouldn't switch doctors for anything. Dr. Koren is very knowledgeable in his field. I have no complaints, I think he is a great doctor.

I think that the services were quick easy and Dr. Koren made it easy to understand. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I requested a specific service which was able to be done but was talked out of it although it should have been a choice between myself and spouse.

He listened, thoroughly answered my questions, and took my concerns seriously; all with a lighthearted and appropriate sense of humor. It's clear that he really cares. He's very knowledgable and I left feeling confident that I received the best care. His staff was friendly and I never felt rushed at any time during my appointment. I highly recommend this doctor. I will definitely stick with him.
