Dr. Shadle addressed my concerns, and then offered his professional opinions about what he thought I needed to achieve my desired results. His staff was professional and caring. Dr. Jeffrey M Shadle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in 1989. While practicing as a pharmacist, he received his MS Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. Dr. Shadle graduated with his medical degree in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Jeffrey M Shadle’s love for adult and pediatric care guided his decision in opening up his own family practice. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Great Plains Family Practice Residency Program. During the program he served as Chief Resident during his last year of training. After training, he practiced in a 65-physician multi-specialty group practice in Oklahoma City for two years. In 2004, he relocated with his daughter to Allen, Texas. After relocating he joined West Plano Family Medicine and purchased the practice in 2006. In 2013 Dr. Shadle moved the practice to new offices and formed Premier Healthcare of North Texas.

I have always been extremely pleased with Dr. Shadle. He comes across very friendly, open and professional. He did a very good job at explaining my procedure in a clear and understanding and caring way. Plus his staff is very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shadle.

I've been Dr. Shadle's patient for 8+ years. I trust his medical opinions and his individualized care. When Dr. Shadle is with a patient, he is solely with you. In addition, his previous pharmacy training makes him conversant with medication treatment plans. I usually come prepared with my questions and all of them are addressed in language I can understand. No inquiry is considered insignificant if it's considered important to the patient. The front desk staff and nursing staff are friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed and am treated with the excellent customer service.

Our visit with Dr. Shadle was truly wonderful from being greeted by his very friendly receptionists all the way through the end of our visit. When we were checking out. The nurse was very professional and personable. The clinic was beautiful and the atmosphere was joyful and peaceful. Dr. Shadle is simply amazing!
