The staff on the phone was not very friendly or helpful. I originally tried to book my appointment through their website directly, but received an error message, so I tried booking through ZocDoc instead. I received a call that she is not accepting new patients, even though her ZocDoc profile says she is. Don't waste your time trying to book if you've never seen her before.

Great provider, very professional, and cares about her patients. However, the staff is clearly unprofessional and treats patients like numbers. I asked for a receipt and the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy. She didn’t want to give me an itemized receipt.
They keep calling for my billing information but not for follow up on my care

The office was nice and my appointment was easy to schedule. I felt like my appointment was rushed and I didn’t feel like I had time to adequately address concerns I had.
She was very good at communicating everything she was doing and making me feel comfortable.
I was just a little shocked they didn’t ask more questions about my history. Seemed very eager to get out of the room.
Overall, not a horrible experience, but I’m not sure I would recommend.

I would highly recommend this office, the staff was so nice, everyone was understanding and made me feel like I mattered. The doctor was very helpful and caring on how she explained things to me and she made sure that I had a clear understanding of everything prior to me leaving my office. I am so happy with my visit and my choice of making this my new medical home. If you are looking for a provider who is warm, friendly, easy to talk to, some one who cares, who will not judge you and who will listen and respond to your concerns, this is the place to be.
