I was impressed with the efficiency of the process to be seen as a new patient from the beginning (on-line scheduling which allowed me to schedule an appointment within a week of my initial contact) through the end of the appointment. Dr. Smithers and his staff were professional, yet approachable and were not dismissive in any way of my reported symptoms. Follow up appointments for further radiologic studies were handled by the office staff seamlessly.
