I didn't even have a chance to sit down before I was called back. The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Ward doesn't rush through the appointment, making you feel like a valued patient. It is a warm environment, where you feel genuinely cared for.

I am a new patient with Dr. Ward and I felt comfortable with my appointment. Dr. Ward and her assistant were very nice, great listeners and very professional. While taking my exam she told me first what she was going to do before she did it, so it did not come on suddenly. Dr. Ward spent the time in asking questions and listening to mine before and after the examination. I didn't feel rushed.
