I’ve schedule with this provider TWICE. On THE MORNING OF the first appointment, the staff called me and canceled the appointment, after I’d already taken off work. For the second appointment, I drove for an hour just to be told that the provider wasn’t working on this day. They attempted to have me seen by another provider WITHOUT asking me if I wanted to see another provider.
Both times, they blamed the errors in ZocDoc, but as receptionists, they should be checking the next-day schedule instead of talking about personal business as they were when I walked in!
I always use ZocDoc; been using it for years, and I’ve NEVER encountered any issues, until I stumbled upon this incompetent group of people…TWICE!

All staff was friendly and inviting. Once I was seen she listened to me and answered every question I had without pushing me to do anything I was uncomfortable with and explained everything in detail. My only complaint was that they were pretty backed up and it took a while to be seen however they can’t really help that.

I checked two different times over the phone to be sure they accepted my insurance. I drove 30 minutes just to get there because I really needed to get in somewhere, only to get there and be told my insurance was NOT excepted. Not cool. Make sure your staff actually knows what they’re talking about on the phone before people waste their time and gas for nothing..
