I checked two different times over the phone to be sure they accepted my insurance. I drove 30 minutes just to get there because I really needed to get in somewhere, only to get there and be told my insurance was NOT excepted. Not cool. Make sure your staff actually knows what they’re talking about on the phone before people waste their time and gas for nothing..

I had a highly contagious disease, and the office went above and beyond to see me from the comfort of my own home even though their technology was not quite up to date to do so. They used their personal devices to ensure I got the treatment I needed to get well. We were running off of cell phones and tablets and all kinds of things to try to get our incompatible devices to work together with us when they just as easily could have told me to go somewhere else.
