Really, just an all around amazing doctor and an amazing office. I'm extremely EXTREMELY squeamish, and when it came time for the blood test I was very nervous. The bedside manner of the nurse assistant was INCREDIBLE, and the rest of my appointment with Jennifer was very comfortable and helpful. Would recommend this office to any friend (and I have). Thanks!

The visit itself was fine — Jennifer was very kind and took the time to properly answer my questions. It wasn't until after I left that the nightmare began.
Jennifer submitted the wrong code to the lab, resulting in a gigantic bill I never should have received. What ensued was approximately 6hrs worth of time on the phone hunting down who to blame, how to get it fixed, and who would do that fixing. The lack of communication between Prominis, Quest Lab, and insurance was insanely unprofessional... all from Jennifer's incorrect code. I emailed and called her, first, never hearing back.
Behold, I now encounter a second issue in which she failed to consider generic versions of my prescription my insurance covers. Here I am, again spending hours trying to fix an administrative oversight on what should have been such a simple annual appointment, in order to avoid paying bills I should not be paying.

While the wait was long, the reception staff was extremely helpful (calling my insurance company when some coverage wasn't clear) and cheerful. Jennifer was kind and relatable; straightforward but warm.
I look forward to seeing her again, and would highly recommend the practice (as long as you're not in a rush — I waited a little over an hour to be seen, but that may have been because I was a new patient).
