About Alena Bolten
Alena has a passion for Pediatrics with almost a decade of nursing experience. She earned her Associate’s degree from Nassau Community College, her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master’s in Adult Nurse Practitioner from Molloy University. Inspired by nursing theorists, she balances the heart of nursing care with the science of medicine to provide care based on evidence-based practice that is holistic, compassionate, and comprehensive. Her philosophy of care focuses on a holistic perspective, self-determination, and health promotion. Alena provides primary medical care as a Nurse Practitioner to support and guide individual children and families as they grow from birth through adolescence.
