Jennifer Blackmon, MSN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner who brings over 13 years of healthcare experience to OnePeak Medical. She has a variety of experience including military medicine, emergency/urgent medicine, primary care, and functional medicine.
Jennifer’s main focus areas are on regenerative and functional medicine. Jennifer strives to help her patients feel and look their best. She specializes in a functional approach to optimizing hormones and anti-aging treatments. Jennifer’s practice involves getting to the root of her patients’ issues to prevent long-term problems and prevent the need for numerous pharmaceutical medications.
Prior to relocating to Southern Oregon, Jennifer practiced alongside other well-known functional medicine specialists, as well as managed a panel of primary care and urgent care patients. After deciding it was time for a change and wanting to pursue regenerative and functional medicine full time, Jennifer and her family relocated to Oregon to join OnePeak Medical.
Her husband is retired prior Army and together they have three children and a large 200 lb fur baby. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, baking, watching her children play volleyball and tackle football, as well as traveling with her family. They love to explore the area and enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer.
