I visited this office first thing in the morning on a Monday and, considering it was my first time and I had to fill out all the forms, I was seen relatively quickly. Dr. DeJesus was super friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel rushed during my visit at all. I'm glad to have found a doctor with whom I am comfortable and I look forward to returning to see her if I ever need to. :)

Communicating with the nurse was very difficult because I don't speak spanish. She didn't know what Leukemia was either, which is concerning. The process for them to get you into their electronic system is lengthy and obnoxious, especially when you're really really sick and just want to SEE THE DOCTOR and deal with papers later.

Not surprisingly, the office caters mostly to a Hispanic population. I put on the paperwork that I prefer English and that was ignored at first, but corrected quickly once I replied in English to several questions.
Also note that although I got a confirmation email from ZocDoc, my appointment was not noted on their system. They took me anyway and were very nice about it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. She covers all bases by asking incredibly detailed questions about medical history and also by providing an equally comprehensive physical examination. Also, I found her office to be very inviting and comfortable. Extremely recommended!
