“I needed to change providers because my previous doctor’s office wasn't responsive enough. I used Zocdoc, found Dr. Minio’s page, booked an appointment, and received a confirmation with a link to complete the online forms. It was incredibly easy and straightforward.
Visiting the office was also smooth. It's conveniently located just around the corner from the ACED. The waiting area was clean, and the front desk staff was excellent. Check-in was simple.
I saw Dr. Minio shortly after checking in. He was friendly and took the time to listen to me. The visit notes were easy to access on MyChart, confirming he heard all of my concerns. After my appointment, a nurse quickly came in to draw my blood. I left and was offered another appointment by the attentive desk staff. Easy peasy. My prescription was ready the same day, which was a relief since I used to have to chase my previous provider for it. Blood test results were available on MyChart the next day.
