I would definitely recommend ms dunn...very nice staff.she was an awesome dr I couldn't have asked for better and this will be my primary. I haven't been to a dr in a long time and was nervous..but they made me feel very comfortable..guys and gals,this is no cliche...I never take time to do surveys but Jennifer dunn deserves this time..I saw all the other reviews and yall were spot on..I'm glad I got a spot in because I have a feeling patients will be lining up to see her..thank you Jennifer

Once I got to the doc things went well. Not sure of the office is new with Zocdoc, but they were unaware the visit was via video and never reached out with directions. I finally called at the 30 minutes late mark and they got things back on track. Didn’t seem to have access to the documents and info completed during their online “pre-check-in” process either. And the video appt was just a phone call. I think this was all onboarding issues with the office and the app, and they finally got things on track and complete the appt

We had to wait for an hour. I went in because I’m experiencing pain and swelling on my body. I shared I’m working with my pcp but she didn’t have an opening. I was concerned cause the swelling worsened overnight. She had her nurse come in and talk with us. Then when she came in she was rude. No introduction. It was clear she did not want to be there and felt I was wasting her time. I was concerned about chest pain and the increase in swelling. She did listen to my chest and prescribed medication for the swelling but it would ha e been nice to know she was being thorough. I did not feel she was taking time to examine me rather she wanted to get in and get out.

Dr. Dunn is very friendly. She answered all my questions without hesitations and sarcasm. I loved that she actually listened and gave other suggestions before we made a final decision. She included me in my medical plan and also said to call her or send a message through the portal if I feel uneasy about anything.

Great visit with NP Dunn. She was very engaging and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and professional. Office wasn't too busy and got me in quickly.
The only hitch was that for some reason the practice doesn't receive ZocDoc patient intake forms, so filling those out online was a waste of time. Oh well, just took a few minutes in the office.
