More about Dr. Jennifer Gruenenfelder, MD
Dr. Gruenenfelder is a native of St. Louis Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA. She then graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. Her internship and surgical residency in urology was completed at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. After completion of this training, she moved to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she finished a one year fellowship in Female and Neurourology with Dr. Edward McGuire. She became a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology in 2004.
Dr. Gruenenfelder has contributed chapters to several textbooks and is the author of peer-reviewed articles published in the Journal of Urology. Many patients come to see her because of her specialty training in female urology and incontinence, but she enjoys seeing patients with all types of urological problems. She has been practicing in southern Orange County since 2002.
