From my first appt with Circle Medical I have had nothing but a positive experience from scheduling, billing, patient care, everything has been easy and made me feel welcomed, and very pleased to not have an additional fee with this level of service. I have been especially thankful for the telemedicine options since COVID and weekend appts available which has been key as a working from home mom who lives almost an hour from the office, which happens to be close to my work!

Everyone is really empathetic and helpful—both doctors and staff. I appreciate that staff are willing to help with billing and other issues that arise, which is not something I’ve found at many other places. The office is also a far cry from the dingy doctor offices we’ve had to put up with for so long!
