Dr. Dipti Padmalayam is proud to be a member of Circle Medical, a digital-first, patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever.
Dr. Dipti Padmalayam is board certified in internal medicine. She is focused on preventative care and works together with her patients to achieve their health goals through medical management and lifestyle modification. She has experience in patient care in a variety of socioeconomic demographics, and strongly believes in empowering her patients through health education. She completed her internal medicine training at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis, an affiliate of St. Louis University. During her training, she created a nutrition education program in an effort to bridge healthcare disparities in her patient population. Her goal is always patient-centered care, and she seeks to improve the quality of her patients’ lives.
Dr. Padmalayam is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Following her residency training in St. Louis, she practiced outpatient medicine in San Francisco. She enjoys cooking and taking walks with her husband and young son.

The Physician referred me to an Endocrinologist. To assistance. I told her I needed refills on my prescriptions. She referred me back to my insurance for Endocrinology. This should have been addressed prior to my appt. date, as I had referenced the reason for my appt need when i scheduled the appt: Type 1 Diabetic, and needs for prescription refills.

She was very clear in her explanations and made sure I understood everything she said. I wasn’t able to continue with the appointment due to an insurance issue and she was very apologetic about it and that the office didn’t catch it before my appointment. Too bad for me because she is exactly the type of doctor I want to work with.
