I waited for an hour and a half before I was seen by the actual Doctor. She even saw a walk in before me who came in 20 min after me. Office is dismal looking and parking is horrible. Front desk staff is uninterested in being there and helping patients.

I went in for an annual physical and didn't have any issues with that, but had issues with the way the physical was classified for insurance. I made it clear (or at least tried to) that I needed the visit to be clearly classified as an annual physical so I could get a bonus from my insurance. They did not classify it the correct way and now I'm having to deal with insurance to get them to pay out which has been supremely frustrating. As far as bedside manner and treatment though, I have no complaints.

I searched ZocDoc for a dermatologist. Dr. Cadwell-Johnson is NOT a dermatologist despite coming up in the search. It was a complete waste of my time to go there. I was very angry.
