Trevor McKenzie, MSN, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of healthcare experience specializing in primary care, acute care, aesthetics, and wellness. With roots in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Saint Thomas, Jamaica, he provides compassionate, personalized care focused on each patient’s individual health and wellness goals.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A $75 no-call/no-show fee applies when an appointment is missed without notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Fees are non-refundable and may be charged to the card on file or must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. Please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

I had an amazing experience at Island Glo Aesthetics & Primary Care! Trevor, the nurse practitioner, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit.The level of service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. NO STARS!!! After 14 hours of trying to get a doctor online all day with doc doc sick, the office NEVER CALLED ME and I was sent TWO text to sit in the waiting room at night and did for HOURS AND NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!!! Never recommend to anyone!!!!!

Trevor is PHENOMENAL at what he does! He has so many licenses & certifications, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. It’s evident that Trevor takes great care and pride in the practice, as the customer service received was top tier!
Island Glo offers a wide range of treatments, including Medical Weight Loss, Botox, and IV Hydration Drips, in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The practice, is conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for on-the-go medical check-ups and lab tests.
10/10 highly recommend!
