Dr. Reske-Nielsen was AMAZING! I arrived early was a new patient and I was in, seen and out of the office withing 30 minutes of my appointment time. She is the most thorough and patient healthcare provider I have ever encountered. I was nervous in my appointment because I was very overdue for my appointments but her calm demeanor assuaged all of my worries at the start. She is excellent and I am very glad to have found her and make her my new PCP.
Additionally, the office location is great. They have a lab and pharmacy all in the same area so it's like a one-stop shop. Every single person I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable.

Love this doctor. Thorough, compassionate, an active listener, knowledgeable, open-minded, and flexible. Despite being “just” my primary care physician, she was the only care provider in a host of medical professionals who actively reached out to check on my recovery status (broken bone). Neither my orthopedist nor my physical therapist did this. She’s earned a patient for life.

I've been seeing Dr. Reske-Nielsen for about 3 years now after finding her on ZocDoc. She has been AMAZING. By far, the best primary care doc I've ever had. She's so great about answering all my questions and making sure I understand everything I need to about my care. As a young woman, birth control is my greatest medical need and she's super knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend. The clinic staff is all wonderful too! Really polite, efficient, and respectful.

If you are in search of a primary care physician, look no further. Dr. Reske-Nielsen is attentive, personable, and kind-hearted. She introduced herself to me, and I felt comfortable with her right off the bat. In a world where doctors seem to be in a race against the clock, she really took her time and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I'm glad to have found her. It's refreshing to know that this level of medical professionalism still exists.

I've been seeing Dr. Reske-Nielsen for the past two years now and she has always been extremely helpful and friendly. She takes her time to listen to all my comments and always goes out of her way to explain how to best treat an illness or a symptom. If you're looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable and relaxed during an exam, she is the person to go with. Highly recommended!

Felt like she took my concerns seriously throughout our time together, regardless of how small they might seem compared to more serious medical concerns others might have. Never felt dismissed, judged, or pressured to wrap up my visit faster.
Sought the whole picture, including mental/emotional health, when assessing my concerns. I appreciated that recognition of the link between mental and physical health.
The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Someone noticed me looking for a bathroom and made sure I found one. Care was taken to gather my preferred pronounce of address, which even though my preferred pronoun is what you'd expect at first glance, made me feel like I was in more compassionate care overall because attention was being paid to this detail that could make a big difference for some patients. Overall, that made me feel more confident that I was in good hands.

Dr. Jennifer Reske-Nielsen was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns with care. I was able to get labs drawn right after my appointment and the results emailed within a few days. In addition to the thorough exam, she gave me a referral to a dermatologist and connected me to a nurse in her office that can be used for any health concerns or questions, if she is unavailable.
