The staff from the receptionist, to technicians, to the doctor herself, and even at check out were all so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Santiago was able to answer all of my questions with full confidence and politeness. I felt comfortable throughout my appointment and I look forward to the next.

She was friendly and took the time to explain things to me. I like that there is a free shuttle from the Metro to the area. However, I was not satisfied with how things went after I left the office. I never got a call back about my test results. When I called their office, I got transferred to another line where no one picked up the phone.

As a new patient, it was my first time here and I was immediately greeted by the ladies at the front desk who were friendly and helpful. The patient forms were clear and easy to fill out. I didn't have to wait long even though the office was busy that day. The office, as well the examining room, were clean and well maintained.
Dr. Jennifer Santiago was very pleasant as well as thorough and informative. The staff was very accomadating when it came to filling my prescription with my local pharmacy.
I will certainly be returning and seeing Dr. Santiago as my OB-GYN from now on.
