The waiting room wasn’t the nicest nor was the staff working at the front desk. But Dr. Wu listened to everything I said and took me seriously. She was very thorough and quick and made a plan for moving forward

Cheerful, kind, and invested in your health. She made me feel so comfortable and that is genuinely the highest compliment I can give considering how much I hate going to see the gynecologist! I feel very lucky that I was able to see her.

my appointment was 11:15. I got into a room at 11:30. I was in the middle of changing when the doctor came in. she said she would come back. All I needed was 30 seconds to a minute tops! She came back in the room a half hour later after seeing another patient. That did not impress me at all!

My first visit was completely covered in my insurance. I thought I might be charged for registration and I also asked them twice whether I need to pay but they said if required they gonna tell me but I guess it’s covered in insurance. The staff is very friendly and Dr.Jennifer is amazing. I am already under medication from today. I will definitely share my experience with the medicines too.

The clinic has a very good team. From receptionists to Dr. Wu, they all answered my questions very enthusiastically. As a person who has just arrived in the United States for less than three months, before coming to the clinic, I was worried about the communication during the medical treatment. After I entered the clinic, I felt very relaxed. The staff answered questions about my health insurance and always repeated sentences patiently that I didn’t understand; Dr. Wu was very professional. She asked about my health concerns in detail and gave me useful health advice. Extremely recommended!

My experience went perfectly! I scheduled an IUD replacement appointment over ZocDoc. When I went in though, it looked like the office had the appointment just as a consultation, but after speaking to Dr. Wu and verifying my insurance coverage, she was able to move forward and remove and insert a new IUD for me! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the visit.

Dr. Wu was fantastic but that was the only good thing about the appointment. The receptionist was rude and not friendly at all and I had to wait about an hour and a half before I saw Dr. Wu. I’m debating going back.

I absolutely love doctor Wu she was my doctor when I was pregnant with my daughter 2002 and gave birth in 2003. She takes your health and the babies health very seriously. She doesn't brush you off like most doctors do. She listens to what you are saying and if something doesn't sound right she get you checked right away at the hospital.

I have been seeing Dr. Wu for many many years and I can't recommend her high enough. She has such a great manner and is so skilled - she really knows her stuff. I had 2 very difficult pregnancies and deliveries and she was there for me the whole time helping ease the way. Dr. Wu is just plain awesome, you will not be dissapointed.

I thought the doctor was fantastic. She listened attentively, kept the atmosphere comfortable, inserted a little humor, made sure I understood her directives and asked a few times if I had any questions.
The wait time before being seen, however was a little upsetting. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and then sat in the room waiting for the doctor for at least another twenty minutes. The check in process could be improved. The secretaries were great, but it seems like a waste of time to add your name to a check in sheet before checking in.
