He is especially experienced in working with PTSD, psychosis, and sleep-related challenges, offering a safe and judgment-free space for healing. Whether supporting someone through grief or helping them develop coping strategies for obsessive-compulsive behaviors, Jeremy is dedicated to meeting people where they are and guiding them forward at a pace that feels right for them. Jeremy works closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and those with autism spectrum disorders. His approach is inclusive and respectful, recognizing the impact of identity and life experiences on mental health. He also supports military veterans and individuals coping with somatoform disorders or the stress of high-responsibility roles.
