My first visit took about an hour and a half to get seen by this provider. First my insurance wasn’t approved and I had to self pay then my insurance was approved but I was charged twice so I have an outstanding balance even though I had only seen the provider once. when I finally got the appointment squared away she diagnosed me I got medicine and scheduled my next appointment. Two days prior to my appointment I tried to schedule for the day before my actual appointment and she told me she didn’t accept my insurance anymore and I now had to be self pay. I wasn’t informed didn’t get any emails of the update so I could try to find another provider just you can pay and I’ll see you again. There was no empathy or care it was all transactional. I don’t thinks it’s right to play with someone’s mental health. I should’ve received an email informing me of this but I don’t think this was actually the case because on the website it shows my insurance is accepted. It’s been the worst process!!

She was very kind and caring. Sh listened so calmly an was very empathetic. I was very worried about trying this whole thing but she made me eel comfortable and actually hopeful. She discussed multiple tools an copied skills and av me direction for improvement. It was easier then expected and painlessly helpful. She also said so many positive personal things to me that it truly lifted my spirits and gave me some my needed assurance. I Thank you so much ae some hope now just from talking

I had my very first appointment with Ify Agudosi NP, this past weekend, and it was such a good experience. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to me without rushing. I felt heard and understood, which is something I was nervous about going in. She explained things clearly and helped me feel hopeful about starting treatment. I'm grateful I found her and I'm looking forward to continuing my care with her.

I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I was listened to and had amazing support with undeniable and professional clinical excellence. I felt heard and treated like a human being that was not being hurried or inconvenienced by a clinician that was overwhelmed; unfortunately that had been my experience in the past. I work in his field and felt that my treatment was collaborative and inclusive with an insight from my providers point of view that was supported by evidence based treatment and not “mansplained”.
I recommend Grow Therapy & highly endorse Ify to anyone that wants a unique and personalized treatment plan. Ify is a strong clinician with a kind heart tht makes you feel safe and secure while also getting the best possible outcome in an ever evolving field that has not always had the best outcomes in the past.
