I could never say enough praise for Doctor Watkins. He is absolutely the best. There was a significant problem however with my visit. I saw Dr. Watkins at 11: 20 am on a Friday. He told me a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. I waited until 3:00 pm to go to the pharmacy, whereby they told me no prescription had been received. By then the office was closed for the weekend. And now I have to wait until Monday to attempt to get my medicine. If this was supposed to be done by someone on his staff, they failed. Perhaps it was the same person who didn't obtain an appointment for me for a CT scan after his physician's assistant told me they would do so then the radiology facility would contact me? After waiting a week, I called and asked why, to hear a long pause, an excuse, then it was done in an hour. The waiting time for an appointment is excessive. At least a month if sick and in pain. None of this is meant to demean Dr. Watkins who I feel is an absolutely wonderful doctor.

Jeremy P. Watkins, MD is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He obtained his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans Louisiana and finished his training in Memphis Tennessee where he completed a general surgery internship followed by a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Tennessee.
Dr. Watkins is a member of the Tarrant County Medical Society Texas Medical Association, as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Watkins specializes in General Ear, Nose and Throat disorders in both adults and children.

I really love Dr. Watkins. He takes the time to explain everything so that it's understandable. Wish that his staff was a little bit more forthcoming when they are running behind. If you let me know that it will be awhile, I can deal with that. If you leave me in a room with the impression that I'll see the doctor shortly, and it's almost 45 minutes later, I'm not going to be a happy person.
