He is an amazing dermatologist. He’s so friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. He discusses every aspect of your treatment and why he’s doing it. I’m always offered a follow up appointment to see if we both are happy with the results.

Jerome Potozkin , M.D. is not only a board certified dermatologist, he is also specially trained in the art and science of dermatological surgery. He completed his residency in dermatology at the renowned NYU Skin & Cancer Unit, and is a member of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. A clinical instructor at the UC San Francisco Medical Center, Dr. Jerome Potozkin is also a preceptor for Lumenis Medical, training physicians from all over the world in advanced laser techniques.

The women in this office are really wonderful. Potozkin is so full of himself it is almost funny. The continued marketing is so corny and makes you feel Doc Pot is only in it for the money. I have no issue with talented professionals making money...and Doc Pot is supposed to be excellent in the field but my gawd.....the marketing ad nauseum !!! Give it a rest. The one time I Doc Pot come into the room he only spoke to the nurse...never even said hello let alone have a bedside manner.

The office building looked really nice from the outside.
Inside the office was nicely decorated and everyone was very pleasant. The attention I received was just enough.... I don't like it when I am made to be the center of attention.
When I was called in... the assistant to the Dr. walked me in and gave me a short tour of the office which was very nice.
The whole visit was nice. I would recommend Dr. Potozkin to everyone.

Staffs are friendly and polite, the office is very clean and looks beautiful. They have complimentary wifi, coffee and tea, and nice chocolate. They even give first-time visitors a gift! I'm impressed.

I appreciated that he knew his scope of practice would not fulfill my needs. He referred me to another doctor. Once he knew he would not be doing the procedure I came in for a consultation for he was in quite a hurry to leave. He did ask me if there was anything else he could do for me. I asked about the skin under my eyes and if there was anything that could help the texture. He didn't want to offer any advise. He said the doctor to whom he referred me to would talk to me about that. So I was a little disappointed that he didn't offer any non-surgical options or even investigate what I meant. Overall, he addressed my issue and made an appropriate referral. I would go back to this doctor for other skin needs.

Always professional, caring and friendly. It starts at the top with Jerome Potozkin, MD and spreads to everyone who works there from the office staff, the nurses and PAs and NPs.
Another great thing - a dermatologist that practices dermatology, not just cosmetic procedures!

I was actually running a little behind and called to let them know that I'd be a little late and they were very nice and told me to just be safe to get there and once I got there they'd see me. And sure enough, as soon as I walked in they took me to the consult room and got me all set. I'm going back again so I'll be able to know more next visit. I'm really happy I found them and got zocdoc to help me with the search and scheduling.
