The office is very clean and extra nice with friendly receptionists at the front desk. The whole visit was on-time and prompt. I was able to complete the entire visit in less than 20-30 minutes, the best doctor office experience ever. Using Zocdoc to schedule appointment with Dr. Chiang for dermatology consultation is extremely convenient to me.

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was friendly, the nurse was very nice, and Dr Chiang listened to my concerns. He explained the possible causes of my rash, gave me options and allowed me to decide what I was comfortable with. I agreed to do the biopsy and get the injections. The procedure went well. I think he even gave me an extra dose of lidocaine to numb the area more. I really appreciated that especially since I was nervous about the pain. The care I received was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Chiang.

Dr Chang is like a robot, no EQ, judges his patients. He has no bedside manner. Talked too fast to actually explain your symptoms and issues. Also I was 45 minutes after my appt to then be seen for like 5-10 minutes.
Also he has the worst hardwriting I had ever seen in my entire life.
