I had a cyst in my back for which I got appointment with Dr Bagel to remove it. He came in, we had a brief chat. I showed it to him, first he could not see it, but after I pointed at it with a pencil, he could see it. He said it is nothing, I will freeze it and took a liquid nitrogen or cold squirt and sprayed on the area. I could not even remove my fingers and with his spraying on it, I got a blister on my finger which after five days still hurts badly. After that he and his nurse just walked out without telling me anything. I thought he will come back to take it out, so I waited for them for sometime and then I looked out of the door and found the nurse. She said it (frozen cyst) will fall off in a few weeks, so nothing else needs to be done. Dr Bagel said nothing about any follow up. He stayed less than one minute with me. I will never go to see him again.

Booked an appointment with this office by recommendation from my dermatologist for psoriasis. The office is 1 1/2 hours from my house. I called the office about an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment to let them know my gps said I would be about 10 minutes late. They said if I was more than 15 minutes late I would need to reschedule. I ended up pulling into the parking lot 10 minutes late as I received a call from the office to tell me I would need to reschedule and the Dr was leaving for the day. I explained what they said when I called earlier and that I drove an hour and a half away. They didn’t care. I would not ever recommend this practice to anyone.

Doctor rushed in and out of the exam room. I was supposed to have my annual exam (aka have the dr examine all of my skin). He did not do that. He was in the room for 2 minutes and left.

Was kept waiting almost 30 minutes. Ironic that there is a sign at the front desk that says if you’re 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. Additionally, when doctor left the exam room, I had not even started to get dressed when the doctor and assistant fully opened the door to leave, providing full view from passersby in the hallway. No consideration for my privacy, no apology, no awareness.

Worst experience ever, the doctor saw me less than 3 min, including cut my nails twice without any alert, I was bleeding immediately, until I asked what do I do to stop the bleeding, the doctor then give me a Bondi. 2 weeks after received the call that nothing to be worried and no treatment. BUT my problem is not solved, my nail still abnormal thus I can’t walk and run without Bondi because of the pain. What a horrible doctor.

The visit with the doctor was less than a minute. Literally. He walked in, introduced himself, told me what I had and what medicine he was going to prescribe all in the same breath. No questions. No exam. How could he accurately understand what I’m experiencing without even checking? The problem was with my scalp. He rubbed a finger over my hair while talking about the medicine. Explained nothing about if this was short term with a follow up or long term solution. And there is seemingly no privacy in the office. While in the exam room, I could hear conversations from outside the room as if the staff was right next to me.
Want to give the doc the benefit of the doubt, but was told they are expensive and not covered by my pharmacy. We’ll see…

Dr Bagels spent less than a minute with me. Without knowing my physical disability, he spun me around, still standing and I was dizzy and frightened. He was in a hurry to leave. I was having a body exam of my skin. There were places he should have looked but didn't. He seems annoyed in my asking a question. I didn't even get to my 2 other questions. I would never go back or recommend him.
