Dr. Shaw has returned to Pembroke Pines to bring his extensive training and exceptional education to serve his hometown. Dr. Shaw is a highly skilled specialist in orthopedics and sports medicine and really focuses on commitment to his community, clinical care and advanced techniques in sports medicine. Having trained in New York City, Dr. Shaw brings his standard of excellence out of the "big city" to Pembroke Pines with the opening of his practice, All-Pro Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Shaw is Fellowship trained in orthopedic sports medicine from the Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa and has cared for the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Yankees during spring Training. He was also the University of Tampa Women's Soccer Physician during their national championship season in 2007. From 2008-2010 Dr. Shaw cared for patients while on staff at Imperial Point and Holy cross Hospitals. He now returns to his home town after spending the last two years working at the Mayo Clinic in Georgia.
Dr. Shaw specializes in ACL, knee ligament and meniscal surgery, as well as complex shoulder injuries such as impingement, rotator cuff injury, and instability. All-Pro Orthopedic and Sport Medicine also treats patients for orthopedic conditions that are not sports related, such as arthritis, knee replacement, hip replacement, complex shoulder replacement, fractures and trauma injuries.
All-Pro Orthopedic and Sports Medicine serve professional and amateur student-athletes, as well as recreational sports enthusiasts and regular patients who care to get the very best orthopedic treatments for the shoulder,elbow, hip, knee, ankle and back injuries.

Dr. Shaw’s office no longer uses ZocDoc, and despite canceling, still show up in their system. They did not expect me, but managed to see me anyway. ZocDoc needs to delist this doctor.

I think Dr. Shaw is a great doctor with a great team, he dedicates time to listen, and helps you as well. Being that he is a really good doctor, he has a lot of patients so wait time could be a little longer than usual, but it is worth it.

Arrived early. Paperwork had to be done even though it was submitted online the night before and presented to the office in print. Wait time was about an hour.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Doc seemed a bit hurried but provided enough information to explain his diagnosis and expectation. Good experience overall but would appreciate some more time from the doc to ask a few questions.

Dr. Shaw was very nice and attentive. His personnel were extremely nice. It was a pretty long wait however. I had a 9:40 appointment and got in to see Dr. Shaw about 10:30. The waiting room was packed, which surprised me at that early hour. He seems very popular. He did answer my questions and is helping me with my problems. I do like him.

Dr. Shaw is an excellent doctor. I like that he's straightforward and listens to my concerns. The staff at the office are all nice. The wait time may be a little long but this is the way it is when patients want to go to a great doctor.

I waiting for 2 hours to see him. When I placed into a room, he came in immediately and two a glance at my foot, diagnosed me and left. I had to search the diagnosis via web to understand what was wrong with me. He seemed to be In a rush and I was unable to ask questions. The front desk staff was slow, and they never sent my prescription to Walgreens. I'm going to look for another doctor to get a second opinion.

Dr. Shaw is very experienced, caring, & down to earth. I was treated with Cortisone shots my first visit, although they were ineffective for me. The Radiologist, Nurses, & office staff are all excellent and on the ball. Only issue I had was that a prescription for a Medrol Dosepak was not covered under my Insurance. The Doctor was in Surgery on a Tuesday and I asked staff if they can call something in for pain and they would call be back either way. I received no call back during business hours. I asked the messaging service after hours to text the on call staff and received a call back. The on call staff person said she was going to call the person I spoke with to see if they got anywhere & she or the staff employee would call me back. No call back from anyone and I am in severe pain and can't afford a clinic.

The dr is great and so was the xray technician. The office did not acknowledge me as a new patient to complete paper work until I went to the window and told them that I had been sitting there for over 30 minutes and no one has approched me to get new patient information.
